Easy, fast and a Great Experience

Easy to use, and fast. The added functionality to scan in your W2's especially when you have multiple, was a welcome use of technology.
Maybe it is because I got a nice refund, but for the first time in a while I enjoyed filing my taxes.

I've been using turbotax for over 20 years, it makes filing my taxes easy as pie! Also, when there is an issue, and that is rare, the customer service over the phone is AWESOME! I've had three times that there was an issue, every single time the CS rep fixed my issue over the phone within 10 minutes.
