Easy, awesome and effective.

I have been filing with turbo tax for 5+ years, and I love it, it has been easy and effective. the only complaint I have is the pressure of purchasing other products I do not want. If I already said no constant messages about upgrading should not keep coming up. If I wanted to upgrade or buy other products there should be an option to do so but not pressuring pop up message each time you are moving to the next step.

I did not like getting ambushed at the end my need to upgrade. I've been using tubo tax for many years but this is my last time.

everything is easy to understand and can be done in a timely manner. I don't understand why others can file for free but I get charged?
