Never Again

This year was a complete disaster. I am unsure as to why they have implemented so many extra steps to file taxes. I do believe that it could be a tactic to cause people to pay for their services. It was a stressful experience and in the end, I did not even receive the "early refund advance" despite nothing changing through years of using TurboTax. Will not be using Turbo Tax ever again.

Easy to use. Only downside is that I feel like they try to upsell too much. Other than that, it was very easy to navigate.
