Mixed Emotions - Mainly Good!

I have used TurboTax for years. It is user-friendly, appreciate how previous year info is saved, and help is always available when needed. The only thing I do not appreciate are the fees. Start for free, but when it is all said and done, without adding Max or any other add-ons as I go, the fees are close to $200 when I actually file, or e-file. There needs to be something showing all costs upfront.

It's always been a great and easy experience when filing my tax return. If there is something I don't fully understand, TurboTax educates me to make sure I correctly file my taxes.

Great product. I am 86 years old and still able to do the return myself. This time I had some help from John and he was a great help. One concern I had was the change in some of your questions and terminology. Please make it more simple for those of us who are not familiar with legal terms. I did not know the legal term "Levied" and didn't know how to answer that question. Would have been much easier if you asked If I paid Property Taxes in 2024 and How Much?
