Easy and clean

The software is clean and easy to use. They walk you through filing with simple wording and questions. For the first time I had to have a tax expert answer a question that the chatbot could not. The call back was quick and the live person was helpful and easy to understand. She answered my question fully. I would and have recommended Turbo Tax to others.

Great Software, Sneaky Payment Trap

Turbotax is a quick and simple. I itemize my return and it is easy and a breeze. The thing I don't like and it is sneaky is the fact that if you pay Turbo Tax out of your refund you automatically get pushed of the Santa Barbara-Green Dot bank. So you pay 49 dollars for TT and 40 dollars for them to process your money. I checked with AI and found out if you pay it with your credit card you get direct deposit free. SMH....

A lot of hidden fees. Not free even though I have a lower income and will not receive a large refund. Will not likely do through turbo tax for next year.
