Mad/upset about you guys charging two fee's one to file and a processing fee which never happened before and all the times I've filed through turbotax.

Overall the process and flow are good. Recommended tax situations can be a bit confusing and should be clarified. Otherwise, solid experience and will use this software again next year.

SUPER EASY THEN WHAT I HAD PRIOR. I was going through another system and this one is def way better then expected. switching to this option!

Double dippers

I’d rather file my taxes for free and pay a fee to come out of my tax returns then to pay you fee and then pay for you to have it come out of my tax returns to pay you for said fee. I will no longer be using this program in the coming years of taxes
