Somewhat cumbersome

Somewhat more cumbersome this time than previous years. Not intuitive following instructions and not clear what steps to follow. We "purchased" the premier version with a license code and did not work. The phone to call for help in the packet didn't ring through. So, aparently we paid for nothing.

2 Minor Issues, Overall Good Still

Straightforward mostly. There was a moment when I was in an infinite loop clicking the same answers to the same questions over and over. I'm not sure what I did but after 4-5 loops it kind of corrected itself and I got out of it. Sounds like I wasn't sure what I was looking at, I was born in 1993. I've worked with computer my entire life. I know what I was looking at. It had a bug. Also, there was a moment when the question was if I inherited my HSA from a dead spouse. But the text read that I was supposed to select "NO" if I HAD inherited it. It was a bit confusing I selected no that I hadn't inherited it, and then it was asking me information about the HSA that I didn't inherit. So I had to select "YES" to the inheritence question because then it accepted that I DIDN'T inherit it. If these two issues had not occured, it would be a near seamless experience. Thanks for asking, and thanks for the time to read this review.
