Overall Easy, but NOT Clear

Overall, the software is very, very easy to use and helpful. I very much enjoy using TurboTax. My only reservation on this that you advertise Free services for the simple 1040 form. I’m very sure I would qualify for the simple 1040 form and would have saved an additional $89!!! But, you make it extremely hard to find for returning customers. That also meant that I had to pay using my rerturn and it delays receiving my electronic refunds. So, in that sense, it’s a lose lose for me! Maybe, I should have given you 3 stars…but I’m not going to complain too much

Easy to use! Great price! Easy to e-file. Great feeling knowing they review it numerous times for mistakes and catch any mistake and guide you to fix it! Well worth the cost!
