Mostly simple, but editing forms is hard.

It's very simple and easy to use. It's hard to go back and edit documents if you're entering them in manually. I didn't understand one of the questions about the 1095-A form and going back to fix it was a bit harder than it should've been. My 1098-T form was also harder to ensure I actually put in everything that was on the form since it didn't ask for the information the first time it showed up and I was only able to fully fill out the form when I had to click around and find the part to edit my 1095-A form.
