I have been filing my taxes, as well as many family members, through TurboTax/Intuit for several years and have never experienced any sort of difficulty. Very easy to use and available help if needed.

Turbo tax is great!

Not too happy about extra fees to send money to bank , or fees to file, and that it was not as easy with some forms to fill in, even with helps, but was good. I do appreciate the service to be able to file.
