Unreasonable Fees

Turbo Tax is convenient but that is the only saving grace. Every time I hit next it seems like it's trying to force me to buy an extra package or pay another fee, Charging a "processing fee" to let a customer pay their fees and state taxes due with their federal return is insane. Frankly, it's unfair to customers of the lower class. There was nothing special about my tax return except for the fact that I have a Roth IRA and a small, double digit, interest income from a savings account and yet Turbo Tax says I'm required to pay $50 because my filing isn't simple enough. Many people rely on their tax returns and don't have the excess funds in their accounts to pay for these fees and state taxes due directly from their account, so they have to use their federal tax return. Charging a processing fee to due that is a shameful.
