I've used Turbo Tax for years and it's great

easy to understand and when help was needed I used it. The man who assisted me was very helpful, considerate, knowledgable and easy to follow in his assistant.

All I wanted to do was select 5 stars and get out but you made me "agree to terms", which made it impossible for me to "go back" and get out of this wormhole. Furthermore, filling these boxes is required? 5 stars down to 2 stars for that alone. Disappointing ending.

Turbo Tax Scam

Turbox tax software was easy to use; however, really disappointed that they tried to take an extra $40 just to pay for the service with my return. In the past, i've never had to pay extra to use my return for the service. Seems like Turbotax is trying to make extra money for no reason. Will not be using this service next year!
