Turbo tax is awesome. I like the way it pulls information from last tax year to save time. Also I like the search tool for info.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. It has been a positive experience, This year I had a problem with my RMD entry. You did fix the problem within a week and I completed my return.

Today I worked alongside Kai in the TurboTax live expertise, in the area of filing tax returns. At first I wasn't able to find my 2023 tax return, but with the help of Kai while being on the phone, I was able to find it or appear. She did exceptional service, 10/10 I would recommend KAI.
