Easy to use, but a surprise $40 processing fee adds at the end in ADDITON to the charge of using it to begin with

Easy to use side info tabs and were very helpful. Liked that you offered the Identity Theft Insurance coverage.

My first time using Turbo Tax and I love it! Will definitely use it again next year. The fee was surprisingly low compared to other tax consultants. Thank you for creating a user-friendly website at tax time.
