I chose the free option and still was set up for Deluxe. Scammy practice. I only paid it because the filing process was super tedious (that in and of itself is another story) and didn't want either restart on Turbotax from scratch or go elsewhere and start over again. I will not be using them from here on out and definitely will not be recommending to anyone. In fact, I will tell others to avoid.

It’s still a great app

In some parts it was a bit confusing, instead of steering you in what you were doing wrong or missing it just kept asking the same way instead of what. They wanted you to do
