When I upgraded plans, they said I would have the option to take it out of my taxes instead of paying up front. I was never given the option and had no choice but to spend the last bit of money I had.

Hidden Fees Unreal

It was easy to use and navigate through but it was very deceiving the way the charges kept creeping up and then at the end there were even more charges. Not cool at all, this will be the last time I use Turbo Tax for my taxes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
