I cannot believe it is legal for a private company to charge people to file their taxes. I didn't need to pay for any of my filings until 2023, and I figured that was just because I had to fill out more forms, but I only had one W2 this year and had to pay 78 dollars just to get my tax return.

Turbo-Tax is good but could use some tweaks

Program doesn't allow to print until after payment made. After all data entered program wanted me to re-enter dividend income again. Frustrating as it was unnecessary and I was finally able to get out of it without re-entry and all the data was there. This was a simple return but had way to much redundancy. I do appreciate that I was able to send documents by photo.

Told me I would get my return 5 days in advance, just to get an email saying that there’s been a mistake. I want my 25 dollars back too. This will be my last year filing with Turbo Tax
