I really like how easy it is to use by answering questions. The animations make the process fun and enjoyable rather than long and boring. I also really like how there were links to things I might have questions about. I'd recommend using TurboTax to anyone!

I've been using TurboTax for years. It has only gotten easier and more informative to use. Sometimes I think about using an actual tax preparer, but my taxes are still relatively simple and I still feel that TurboTax provides me with all the information I need to confidently file on my own.

the cost is getting to pricey and i dont like how it keeps offering more options for more pay. i also want a physical or digital copy of my incometax for college FASA purposes it feels like you hold that hostage for more money.

Basic plan leaves questions. Maybe upgrade to the deluxe plan for less anxiety.
