You literally forced me to upgrade to deluxe in order to "accurately" file my taxes. On top of that, you charged an additional processing fee. This the LAST time you get my business!!

Turbo Tax is always so easy to use. Sometimes when you overthink it can be difficult to but over all is so incredibly easy to use!

Terrible experience, hidden fees.

There used to not be so many fees. This time when I filed I thought it was going to be a certain price, but as I progressed it tacked on additional fees on the order summary. Probably not going to use this service again.
