I know for a fact I didn’t need turbo tax deluxe but you made me get it. Took a big chunk out of my small amount I am getting back as a return.

Once good, now Garbage

I have used TurboTax to do my own taxes for over 10 years now and all I can say is that the program has grown more and more sneaky and money grubbing. It's still fairly easy to use and navigate, but it will 100% try to lure you into paying out for an upgraded version when you don't need it. Also, the things included in the standard version have grown smaller and smaller as the years go by. Also, watch out for the little hidden fees Intuit likes to slap you with - like the additional 40.00 USD "processing" fee to use your return money to pay for TurboTax. It's not worth it, there's no reason for it, it's garbage. At this point, TurboTax is about as expensive as having your taxes prepared by a live person, so you might as well get 'em done by someone for the cost. 100 bucks either way so why bother doing it yourself?

It was ok but other agencies charge way less so next year I might go do my taxes with someone else next year and also recommend another agency to people as well.
