i like using this product because it does not allow for any mistakes. This product walks you through each section and lets you know if something is wrong. although i was not expecting to pay $80.00, it is still a good product.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbo Tax- service good- costly price

I did not engage with an expert yet I found it an easier process using turbo tax than most tax services out there. If you're thinking about pulling any money out of a savings account early don't do it! They will say you don't qualify for free tax services and then charge you $95.

Easy to navigate. Explanations very helpful. More intuitive than years prior. The only thing I didn't like is the constant request to upgrade options.
