I regret not using turbo tax last year, I turbo Tax is easy and explains everything in detail, notification is sent asap when something is not right, I highly recommend.

Needs to be a free option for people on disability

You advertise filling for free but I have to pay every year. I don't mind having to pay a fee but there should be some sort of discount at minimum for people on disability. Your fees are almost half of my return and I'm already on a limited budget.

Turbo deluxe is not free

Federal return is not free. Misleading questions lead to consenting to fees and unnecessary expenses. I thought that I would only be paying the 40 for the state return and ended up paying 130 despite rejecting every MAX option. Turbo Deluxe is not free. I only received half the refund I received last year despite making twice as much at the same job. This will be my last year filing with TurboTax.
