Highway robbery!

I searched for Turbo Tax FREE, then I wasn't given that option and was charged $49 for my tax prep when I only had $12,166.00 in income and no investments of any kind, no retirement. This was a totally basic return. I should've been allowed to file on the free option. Instead, you charged a person $49.00, plus the $40 fee for taking my (unnecessary) fee from my refund. I will NEVER use your service again and I won't use it for my son's tax prep either.
