Sketchy Pricing But Truly Great Product

Turbo Tax is very helpful. However, they need to be much clearer and more honest about the pricing and the pricing options. As you go through the filing process, at times it seems as if you have no choice with the pricing, but you do. They try to steer you into the highest price possible. So, you have to skip to the next page, and this feature might not be intuitive for some users. Nevertheless, the hassle is worth it. This is a great product, and I will continue to use it.

I have generally used an accountant and this year, going through a divorce i really needed to keep expenses down and i hate doing taxes but it was not only easy i really had a better understanding of where my future opportunities are. Thanks

Easy to Use and Very Thorough

Took a bit longer than the estimated time, but they do review and ask about a lot of things to get the best outcome. I am happy with the thoroughness and ease of correcting or adjusting information. I will most likely use TurboTax next year.
