FRUSTRATING !!!

The website sold me TT2025 and once i downloaded it, It would not run on my windows 10. I tried to file from the website, and it was a royal pain in the caboose. Nothing seemed to work on the first or second try. Finally, at the end I was charged multiple unexpected fees (as I was told I could file for free online). Desktop turbotax was very easy to use but the online version is so slow and frustrating I will never try it again.

Filing for Dummies

First time being a self-filer and this software made it extremely easy. Definitely beginner friendly and easy to follow. Each step had references and links to follow to irs to pull needed documents if customer doesnt have a physical of tax return.

At the end it said $40 to have it deducted or I could click on the pay now. I did pay now and was charged $89 when I made sure I had not added any features on!!
