WON'T USE THIS AGAIN NEXT YEAR

INPUT THE SAME DATA AS LAST YEAR AND THE FEDERAL REFUND WAS CONSIDERABLY HIGHER THAN YEAR BEFORE. TRIED LOOKING TO SEE WHAT CAUSED THAT AND COULD FIND NO REASON FOR IT. CLOSED THE APP, CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND IT'S TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
CAN'T DEPEND ON THIS APP ANYMORE.

Had one W-2 and it forced me to upgrade for a tax deduction I did not want or need and then wanted to charge me to have this taken out of my refund. I have never hated software more than I hate any Intuit product. They are a legal scam.

turbo tax is lovely!

my husband and I have been using turbo tax for 10 years plus. easiest and fastest way for us to do our taxes on our own. gives direction along the way. costed us 80$, we deny help along the way and do the cheapest payment. we pay with a card, so we don't get an additional 40$ fee tacked on.

I don,t like the fact that you can't just file my taxes, you add all the other things which makes it hard to do. always trying to do other things. the taxes are hard enough. Just leave things simple.
