Fees for support

I feel that customers who have been using you for years, should get some sort of discount. We have tons of fees at the end. Existing customers still have to pay fees to get assistance. Now in the app only new people get to get a discount, that I never got.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Stop the incessant attempts to up- and cross-sell

It's a great product that makes taxes easy, but you spend more time fighting through up-sell and cross-product ads than you do actually doing your taxes.
