The product is very intuitive in that when something doesn't make sense, there's almost always a "Learn More" option that has the answers. Took about 3 hours and our taxes aren't super simple. Great experience!

Been using this service for over 10 years and have never had any issues. I am always satisfied with my refunds, and the process makes it so easy. I especially like the breakdowns of things I don't understand and have actually learned a little bit about taxes in the process. Highly recommend.
