Need to have the prices for the services in the beginning and let it be clearer. I will not be using turbo tax next year if the fees aren't clear from the beginning and what is included in what you are paying. There is a fee for state, federal, processing and then afterwards a direct deposit fee.What is the need to try and upgrade every so often while trying to do the taxes and have a different break down all the way right when you are about to file the taxes at the end. Easier to have everything explained from the start.
