what ever happened to free file for low income people. were it not for having to pay when I shouldn't have had to pay, I would have rated you a 5. looks like another class action suit coming down the pike.......

Hidden fees suck but it's easy

The hidden fees and trying to get them off after the fact is incredibly infuriating, if it wasn't so easy to use otherwise I wouldn't use it. Took me an extra 15 mins to get the random fees off.

I love Turbo Tax! I've used it for years. One of my favorite features is that when I click the question mark to clarify a question, The explanation pops up NEXT to the page I'm currently working on and remains there until I have another question. SO LOGICAL! See you next year.
