All of the fees are just CRAPPY, charged on each state? Passing next year. The third-party processing fee of $40 is ridiculous as well.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby

Your upgrade made it very difficult to access my 2023 returns and confirm my AGI that had been saved with my 2023 TURBOTAX program. Your agent Merlin was extremely helpful and deservers your favorable attention. Thank you Ms. Merlin
