There was a very lovely lady I called at the end of filing my taxes, and she took time to help me figure out why I wasn't eligible for a five day refund! She was amazing and I'm so glad, she was able to screen share and look through all my tax info to help me figure out the reason why it wasn't working! There was another lady who helped me earlier during my tax process. Both lovely ladies and I enjoyed working with them to figure out the issues I was having. They were compassionate and amazing!! I really appreciate turbotax, very reliable people working here to help customers like me!!
Pros: My employment status changed this year
