Great Experience Using Turbo Tax!

First time filing only retirement income - SSA and Teacher Retirement. A bit confusing when the amount of taxes was calculated as it first appeared that the SSA income was not being included - finally found where the majority of the SSA income was not considered taxable. Please make this clearer in the future in the "explanation" section.

Quick and Painless, but Watch What You're Clicking

Helpful, but a little pushy for your information and more money. There's always another "special plan" to file with or "additional charging fees" if you use your refund to pay, for example. I didn't have trouble, but it makes people have to be hypervigilant because you'll just throw it on them at random-- like: "What's the details on your driver's license or State ID?" Why do you need that? You supposedly have the ability to access and share most of the same information that's also on the W2's, but you push it on people and hide the skip button. On one hand, I really appreciate the in-depth analysis and excellent help; I couldn't have done it as easily alone. On the other, your design feels like it preys too much on inattentive or "ignorant" users-- as in those "less versed in the Internet". Regardless, thank you, and I hope I'm not being unfairly critical. If you had half-stars, I'd give you a 4.5
