Forced to Use the Confusing Download

I preferred the CD. It's a shame that Turbo Tax forces you to efile your return and charges to file the Federal. Since 2006 I paid to use the CD and I could file my son's return as well as mine. We had a choice to file electronically or mail in our return. Now We both have to pay to pay a fee to file our return. The download is so confusing. We as customers should be given a choice to use the CD or the download. I always spoke so highly for Turbo Tax because it was out to help people. But now I guess you've gotten on the money train and joined in with the other rip-off companies.
