was proud to show me i finished my taxes in 10 minutes only to spend 15 more minutes working through the awful payment system that had me re login at least 3 times, also a $40 processing fee for having the payment come from the refund, big tax refund is a scam, do them on the irs website just as easy for free

Turbo tax and upselling

It does what I need it to do, but the way you sneak up charges in here feels down right predatory. This is the 3rd year I’ve rejected all up charging and still ended up with a $44 charge for extra services on my bill
