Our experience with this was very good. It is extremely user friendly and easy to use. We were not sure of a couple of things and the built-in help was sufficient to explain the terms.

100% Satisfied with Turbo Tax for over 28 years

We have used Turbo Tax for over 28 years and never had a problem. Only one time have we actually called Turbo Tax customer service and they were quick to answer and explain our concerns. Using Turbo Tax gives you an opportunity to better understand the tax process. We learn more every year and feel that we are in control and are familiar with our own taxes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
