Same as any other tax software

The same as any other tax prepare software. Starts off as 'Free' then
of course there are charges for 'you need this type of form to continue' forms.
It's an online form!
I'm not charged for this review and I am free flow typing 500 plus words.
Then of course as you go through the process be careful not to click the upgrade offers.

the insult is at the end when I get the check here to prove I'm not a robot. I just spent 40+ minutes verifying my SS#, D.L, address and last years AGI.
