The expert I spoke too was awesome! I am very upset with not being able to choose to file for free and for all of the additional charges! It's a rip-off and this is my last year! I'm very upset because I have been filing taxes with your software for 17 years and this is ridiculous! I won't refer anyone to turbo tax and will notify them of all the fees.

The fees can be altered a bit after all these years I have filed with you all but I still appreciate the amount of help I have with taxes.
