Turbo tax is terrible and greedy

Really greedy company, says it is free to use on all ads and on the website but uses AI to determine free and rarely gives anyone the free version. Fees are to high for me doing l all the work and then makes you pay an additional 40 dollars after forcing you to spend over 100-150 dollars cause they are a greedy corporation who only cares about lining their pockets and not helping the public. We all know that the Government is paying you to help assist the public but still wants to find a way to make eve more money off of us for their own good. All together this is not okay.

Too many added fees

All the extra fees are getting ridiculous, 64 bucks to file state and fed, $35 for direct deposit, $79 for turbo tax. Why is there no option to opt out without making it such a hassle? I may as well go to have it done. Certain areas need more explanation too, that would be helpful.
