Well unfortunately, your advertisement was misleading. Completing my tax returns was not free.

TurboTax itself is a very efficient way to prepare, review and file federal and state taxes. One persistent problem is with the IDnotify service. I have NEVER been able to access my information from IDnotify. NEVER! When IDnotify sends email notifications, they include a link thru TurboTax. However, on the TurboTax website no link to IDnotify exists!!! And the process to go thru IDnotify directly is onerous and unfriendly at best.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Turbo Tax was really straightforward and allowed me to edit and review and even ask questions on parts that might have been confusing.
