Forced into paying for deluxe

Was forced to pay deluxe because of a tax credit that made my simple return apparently not a simply return anymore that I wasn't looking for and didn't want because the credit didn't even cover the the deluxe turbo tax fee. Tried everything to get around it but couldn't take it off.
