Why did I have to pay for it though with my CC?

I don't know why I had to pay with my CC since it didn't let me pay with my taxes. Is it because I wasn't upgrading after every entry?

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. My return is simple, just federal taxes, nothing special. If I have to file taxes, then I will use this.
