Very helpful and user friendly, however hit me with the surprise charge at the end making me pay for deluxe use. Encouraged me to file a state tax even though my state does not require, and had me pay extra to turbo tax for a state tax filing, even though there was no point in doing it. Still helped me maximize my return, but may try a new filing service next year that doesn't charge.
