I think the product does a wonderful job of what it was designed to do in helping self prepare taxes. With that said, I do think it is a bit over the top for Turbo Tax to nickle and dime a person for every single transaction. I also find the suggestion of others products with the upcharges a bit annoying and obnoxious. Please try to make the product a little more straight forward and not so highly sales focused. It's almost worse than going into a department store and a sales representative following you around the entire store trying to get you to buy a bunch of things you don't even need. The extra charges to process refunds is a bit nauseating considering the current climate we are living in. Anyway, do better. Thank you
