Turbo Tax is AWESOME!!!

Turbo Tax is easy to do yourself. I have been doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax for 4 years. So convenient!!!!

One small irritant doesn't ruin the experience

OK... I was between 4 and 5 starts and decided to go with 5 because the one drawback is what it is... They continuously interrupt the process with little animated people who tell you the next steps, etc. The truth is that it's a little annoying, but better than spinning wheels or loading bars, so I'll take it. The process was extremely quick this time and they gave me the option of seeing if I qualified for the state tax credit, which my last service did not even hint was a thing. Realistic rating would be 4.5 stars, but I gotta round up, since that's not an option.
