User friendly and easy. I would give it 5 stars however, the fact that when you download your copy the sensitive information like your social and banking information is not blurred or atleast covered and show the last four was bothersome for me.

TurboTax is a user-friendly program. It is a guided program, the helpful information, and interactive text boxes, keeps it simple. This is one of the top 10% of databases that I have used based on functionality and ease of completing the screens.

Turbo tax autofills and screws up your tax form then you can’t fix it. Otherwise you can’t file it electronically. They also charge you to file when it used to be free.
