TurboTax is always easy to use and file with. I really like they allow you to get audit projection too.

This is a relatively easy to use process for someone who doesn't have a lot of extra baggage to work with on their returns
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Beware of hidden fees and up sale pressure.

Quick easy to navigate but too many pop ups trying to upsell. Also it is not $39. They tack on a $40 "processing fee" at the very end. I used to love this product but am disappointed this year.
