Said it would be free, but I ended up having to pay 120 AFTER everything, even though I kept selecting the free options. Super frustrating and disappointing.

Adaptive and Insighful

Taxes suck, and I get mad no matter what. But consistency over the 11 years I've been using, knowing where I need to go for what, important data being remembered or easily imported, and adapting my experience with that data as I grow... ... IE: knowing when children approach higher levels of education, seeing my investment styles through times of job security vs. times of struggle, etc ... have kept me coming back for, in my 25 years of filing, audit free experiences!
