I have been using Turbo Tax for quite some time now. Overall, I am happy with the results. I a little upset with the extra fees.

Walks you right through

Easy to use, only grip is that if you make a mistake and try to just go back a couple pages, most times you have to go back to the beginning of the entire section. Just takes a minute longer to get where you want to be. Otherwise, system is super user friendly, offering tips and full layman's term explanations.
