Having to use this at all, when the government can tell me exactly what to pay for free like other countries is infuriating. Also, while on here, the constant upselling is super annoying.

too many fees

Quick and easy but too many fees taken out for the lowest, most basic package. I shouldn't have to pay nearly $100 to e-file with the most basic package. Pay with your refund is now an additional $40? Since when? Will be looking into other tax systems next year if prices keep going up and my money doesn't.
